Cycling fitness test

Our bike test maps out your fitness perfectly. On the basis of a scientific analysis of the results, you will receive elaborate advice and a personalised training programme. Location: Energy Lab Leuven, Paal or Ghent Duration: 120 minutes Extra options: - DEXA scan: Our specialised DEXA scan maps your bone density, weight, fat percentage and lean body mass, so you'll know exactly which components make up your body weight and what you can still optimise through nutrition and/or sports. - VO2 Max test: This test measures the maximum amount of oxygen you can absorb.
